Terms and Conditions for offer on postgraduate courses

Offer Awards are available for full-time 小湿妹视频 postgraduate taught masters courses for September 2024 entry only. Course exclusions apply; Undergraduate and Postgraduate Research courses are not available with this offer. The offer applies to the courses listed below only.

The offer is only valid when choosing the MSc exit award, and will not be applicable for PG Cert or PG Dip.

The offer is for students with home status only.

The offer is valid for September entry only – offers cannot be deferred by the applicant until a subsequent academic year.

Applicants must have no outstanding debt to the university in order to receive the offer.

No cash alternatives will be offered and the offer cannot be transferred to a nominated recipient.

Offer Awards are awarded at the discretion of the university.

Offer Awards are only available to students paying all their own fees (partially sponsored students will not be eligible). Students in receipt of the postgraduate student loans will still be eligible.

Offer Awards will be honoured for course transfers within 小湿妹视频 (providing the transfer is to an eligible course).

小湿妹视频 reserves the right to cancel any offer which has been claimed fraudulently and to apply the full tuition fee.

小湿妹视频 reserves the right to revise, review or withdraw any of the offers at any time without prior notice

小湿妹视频 alumni in receipt of the 小湿妹视频 Postgraduate Scholarship are eligible for the Offer Award. 

Health Psychology MSc, Mental Health and Wellbeing MSc and Visual Effects and Virtual Production MSc

小湿妹视频 Property means laptop, camera, lens or any other property provided by 小湿妹视频 to the Applicants for study purposes.

The Applicants shall receive the 小湿妹视频 property 8 weeks from the commencement of the course.

小湿妹视频 Property shall at all times remain the property of 小湿妹视频, and the Applicants shall have no right, title or interest in the 小湿妹视频 Property (save the right to possession and use of 小湿妹视频 Property subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement) until the Applicant completes the course at which point the ownership will pass to the Applicant.

In the event an Applicant suspends or terminates their participation in the course before the tuition fees have been paid in full the Applicant would immediately, and/or within 5 days of the notice communicating such suspension and/or termination, be required to return all 小湿妹视频 Property to 小湿妹视频.

The risk of loss, theft, damage or destruction of 小湿妹视频 Property shall pass to the Applicants upon collection from the University. The 小湿妹视频 Property shall remain at the sole risk of the Applicants during the course period and any further term during which 小湿妹视频 Property is in the possession, custody or control of the Applicants until such time as the Applicant completes the course.

During the course period the Applicants shall, at its own expense, obtain and maintain the following insurances:

(a) insurance of 小湿妹视频 Property to a value not less than its full replacement value comprehensively against all usual risks of loss, damage or destruction by fire, theft or accident, and such other risks as 小湿妹视频 may from time to time nominate in writing; and

(b) insurance for such amounts as a prudent owner or operator of the items included in 小湿妹视频 Property would insure for, or such amount as 小湿妹视频 may from time to time reasonably require.

The Applicants shall give immediate written notice to 小湿妹视频 in the event of any loss, accident or damage to 小湿妹视频 Property arising out of or in connection with the Applicant’s possession or use of 小湿妹视频 Property. 小湿妹视频 will not replace 小湿妹视频 Property in the event it is lost or damaged and the Applicants may be asked, at 小湿妹视频’s sole discretion to replace the lost or damaged 小湿妹视频 Property or to cover the costs of the lost or damaged items.

Address for collection and specification of 小湿妹视频 Property shall be communicated to the Applicant at the time of enrolment.

LLM SQE

The Applicant will receive a voucher for the SQE 1 exam upon confirmation from the Applicant of when they will sit the SQE1 examination. This voucher only covers the cost of the exam.

Important:

  • The Applicant must notify 小湿妹视频 of when they intend to sit the SQE1 examination.
  • If course fees are not paid in full at the end of the course, the Applicant will need to refund the voucher value to 小湿妹视频.
  • Any resits of the SQE 1 will not be covered by 小湿妹视频.

Mental Health and Wellbeing MSc and Health Psychology MSc

  • British Psychological Society membership will only apply for those with a BPS accredited undergraduate degree or accredited conversion course.
  • British Psychological Society membership will be funded for one year only.
